Due to the challenging conditions faced by donkeys in our region, we have established a sanctuary to care for severely injured animals, orphaned foals, and those surviving on inadequate rations. It is heartbreaking to see donkeys discarded when no longer deemed useful, but our sanctuary provides a safe haven for these overlooked animals. Our services include harness workshops, sanctuary care, transportation for sick animals, and the provision of essential supplies and volunteer support.

Donkeys in our area endure harsh conditions due to their heavy workloads across various industries and household tasks, resulting in frequent injuries from overloading, beatings, and poor harnessing. We address wounds, colic, lameness, and inadequate nutrition, especially during the dry season when food is scarce.

Regardless of the season or weather, our mission remains steadfast: to support and improve the welfare of all working donkeys in our care.
